f7999 Responsible Gaming —
Your safety is our priority
f7999 believes gaming should be enjoyable and controlled. Use our protective tools and support systems to build healthy gaming habits.
Our Commitment
What to do when gaming becomes a problem
The f7999 platform is a source of entertainment — not a source of income. While online gaming is enjoyable for many, for some it can turn into an addiction. We want every player to play safely and responsibly.
If you notice that gaming is having a negative impact on your daily life, family, or finances, take action now. f7999 is here for you — set limits, take a break, or use the full break feature.
- Play within your financial limits — only bet what you can afford to lose
- Do not place more bets to try to recover money you have lost
- Do not treat gaming as an alternative to your main income
- Decide in advance how much time you will spend playing each day
- Give spending time with family and friends higher priority than gaming
- Never game by taking on debt or borrowing money
Protective Tools
f7999 Safe Gaming Tools
f7999 gives you several effective tools to control your own gaming habits.
Setting Deposit Limits
You can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. A specific waiting period applies when increasing a limit.
Session Time Limits
Set a maximum time for each gaming session. When the set time is up, the platform will automatically send you a reminder. Staying aware of time makes it easier to keep gaming under control.
Voluntary Break (Time-Out)
If you need a break for a few days, use the time-out option. Your account can be temporarily suspended for a set period. Logging in will be completely blocked during the break.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a long-term break from gaming, use the self-exclusion feature. Once active, you will not be able to access f7999 for a defined extended period and will not receive any promotional messages.
Gaming History Review
You can log in to your account at any time to view your gaming history, deposit, and withdrawal records. Being aware of your own playing patterns is the first step toward responsible gaming.
24/7 Support
f7999's support team is always ready to help with any responsible gaming matter. Chat via live chat or email [email protected] — assistance is available in both Bengali and English.

Financial Control
Deposit Limits & Budget Management
The minimum deposit amount at f7999 is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. These limits help you start with small amounts and gradually understand your own budget.
Set a monthly budget before you start gaming. Only deposit an amount that, if lost, will have no impact on your daily life. Never take gaming budget money from rent, food expenses, or savings.
Our deposit methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer — make it easy for you to keep track of transactions.
Withdrawal & Payment
Fast & Secure Transactions
At f7999, the withdrawal process is generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. Seeing winnings land in your account can bring the temptation to play more — making a conscious decision in that moment is important.
Self-Exclusion
How to Take a Long-Term Break
Self-exclusion is the most effective protective tool when gaming becomes a challenge.
Step 1
Contact the f7999 support team via live chat and request self-exclusion.
Step 2
Let us know how long you want the break to last. We will suspend your account immediately.
Step 3
No promotional messages will be sent to you during the break period. Reassess your situation when the period ends.
Healthy Habits
Simple Tips for Responsible Gaming
Before playing at f7999, set a few rules for yourself and follow them strictly. Healthy gaming habits are not just about setting limits — they also reflect a positive mindset.
- Set a specific time limit before you play and keep a timer running
- Avoid gaming while drinking or feeling low — your ability to make decisions is reduced
- Take a complete break from gaming for at least two days every week
- After a big win, withdraw some of the money — do not bet it all again
- Review your gaming history regularly and notice any patterns
- Let someone close to you in your family know about your gaming habits
Important Information
Learn About Bonuses & Wagering
Understand the terms of f7999's welcome bonus before making a decision. For example — deposit ৳1,000 and receive a 120% bonus of ৳1,200, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. The wagering requirement on this ৳1,200 bonus is 10×, meaning ৳12,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.
The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus. Understanding this prevents unrealistic expectations around bonuses.
